Pamela Gupta has been a journalist and presenter at BBC News for more than 20 years. Her career at the BBC has spanned local reporting in Derby and the East Midlands, new reporting for Radio 1, 1Xtra, Asian Network, World Service and Radio 4.

Pamela will be our compere and host for the day, ensuring that everyone has their opportunity to speak and share their stories and helping us all to ask the questions we need to ask.
