Libby is Director of the Knepp Wildland Foundation, leading the charity’s vision to drive nature recovery and community engagement. She oversees the Foundation’s programmes and outreach.
The Foundation has been set up to act as a catalyst for nature recovery across Sussex and beyond. It will use the lessons learned from Knepp to provide evidence and inspiration for landscape recovery and support a new generation of rewilders to take this work into the future.
Libby has a background in journalism, social innovation and public engagement. She founded the award-winning non-profit ‘On Our Radar’ that builds community networks to surface hidden stories and put citizens at the forefront of social and environmental change.
She lives on a smallholding in the High Weald and, when not running events, writing bids or rallying land managers, can be found foraging, photographing nature, and chasing after her free-ranging chickens and children.
